Treatment durations correspond to the time required to complete the services. To fully enjoy your experience, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to take the time to discover our sensory world, settle in, and begin your treatment on time.

In case of late arrival, if the schedule permits, we will offer you the same service. Otherwise, we will be forced to reduce your service to the remaining time so as not to disturb the following customers.

During each of your visits, you accumulate points corresponding to the amount of your purchases of services and products:

From 180 points, you benefit from a loyalty discount of €15.

The number of points accumulated can be viewed directly in your customer account on the website. Points are neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash. They are valid for all services offered, as well as for the purchase of products, and cannot be combined with each other or with other promotions. It is the loyalty cardholder's responsibility to update their contact information to benefit from all loyalty benefits.
